為司鐸聖召祈禱文
                 吾主耶穌，人靈善牧，您來到世間，是為尋找亡羊，使他們得救；
                 您又建立了聖秩聖事，使教會永遠繼續您的工夫。
                 我們懇切求您：多打發工人到您的葡萄園中工作，
                 求您多多賞賜聖教會品德相稱的神父。
                 但願您從永遠就命召來事奉您的人們，
                 個個都肯隨從您的命召，
                 您未曾召過的人們，誰也不能混進您司鐸的聖職。
                 求您增加神父的毅力，克服聖召上的困難；
                 求您支持他們的努力，降福他們的工作，
                 使他們成為地上之鹽，防止腐化；
                 使他們成為世界之光，用善言善表光照教友。
                 求您賞賜他們明智、忍耐和剛毅，為能發揚您的光榮，
                 在人心中拓展您的神國，領導您付託給他們的靈魂，得到永遠的生命。

                Prayer for Priestly Vocations
                Jesus, Good Shepherd, Thou hast come to search out and to save what was lost.
                Thou hast instituted the priesthood of the Church to continue.
                Thy work for all times, we beseech Thee earnestly:
                Send laboures into Thy vineyard. Send worthy priests into Thy holy Church.
                Grant that all whom Thou hast chosen from eternity
                For Thy service may follow Thy call,
                But that nobody may intrude into Thy Sanctuary without being called.
                Let us pray:
                All priests in their difficult vocation and bless their efforts and labours.
                Let they be the salt of the earth that prevents all corruption,
                The light of the world that lights all the faithful through word and example.
                Give them wisdom, patience and strength
                So that they may promote Thy glory,
                Spread Thy Kingdom in the hearts of men
                And lead the souls entrusted to them to eternal life. Amen.

                Mary, Queen of the apostles, pray for us.

                      The above prayer for priestly vocations is sanctioned for public recitation in the Diocese of Hong Kong during
                     Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament after the privileged votive Mass of "Christ the High Priest" which is 
                     to be offered in all public churches on the first Thursday of each month.
